* All Regular meetings will be held at 4502 North Central Avenue, Board Room Special Meetings MAY be held at off-site locations.
** Executive Sessions will be scheduled as necessary. The regular meetings will convene before 6:30 pm on those dates when the Board anticipates it will hold an executive session as part of the meeting. Please check actual meeting agendas when posted to confirm meeting start times.
Pursuant to Governing Board Policy BE, School Board Meetings, "the first Thursday of each calendar month Is designated as the regular Board meeting date."
For 2013, adjustments have been made in scheduling of the meetings of June, August, and October in consideration of state budget guidelines and the 2012-2013 start of school.
Regarding Special Board Meetings, "Special meetings may be called by the Board President or upon a written request by two Board members or whenever deemed necessary.” SPECIAL BOARD MEETINGS INCLUDING STUDY SESSIONS AND/OR EXECUTIVE SESSIONS MAY BE SCHEDULED AS NEEDED. WHEN POSSIBLE, SUCH MEETINGS WILL BE HELD AT 6:00 PM ON THE THIRD TUESDAY OF THE MONTH. PLEASE CHECK ACTUAL MEETING AGENDAS WHEN POSTED TO CONFIRM DATES.
A COPY OF THE MEETING AGENDA IS POSTED ON THE PUBLIC NOTICE BOARD AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE CENTER FOR EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AND ON THE DISTRICT WEBSITE (WWW.PHOENIXUNION.ORG), 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETINGS. INDIVIDUAL COPIES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO MEETINGS FROM
