Fall Winter Spring Badminton Basketball - Boys Baseball Cross Country - Boys Basketball - Girls Softball Cross Country - Girls Soccer - Girls Tennis - Boys Football Soccer - Boys Tennis - Girls Golf - Boys Spirit Line Track and Field - Boys Golf - Girls Wrestling Track and Field - Girls Spirit Line Swim Alhambra High School AthleticsAthletes must be cleared prior to any participation in a sport. The following are required:
Parent or Legal Guardian must register the student on
https://home.registermyathlete.com (use Google Chrome or Firefox)
Physical paperwork must be turned into the Athletics Office
Turn in the following to the Athletics Office:- Proof of insurance coverage or school insurance - card or insurance statement
- Physical examination signed by a medical official (physicals performed after March 1st will be accepted) return the completed 4 page Sports Physical Forms(PPE)
- Brainbook Concussion Certificate (This is a test that students must take 1 time in four years)
- Birth Certificate (if not on file in the registration office)
- $2.00 playing fee receipt that was paid in the bookstore (after you make the team)
- Enrollment in at least 5 classes
- AIA Participation Regulation Form 520 or 530 Transfer form(s) (if applicable) can be found on the aiaonline.org website
